Hancock Middle School is looking for a talented math teachers that enjoys watching their students grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially. You will have support from a Middle School Principal who is a highly effective math teacher, a District Superintendent who was a certified math teacher, a school board that is a strong supporter of our math programs, and the Hancock Public School Foundation with assets of $2.7 million that annually supports math related grant proposals.
We are looking for a State of Michigan Certified Middle School Math instructor, but will support teachers pursuing that certification. Added skills we consider "a bonus" in candidates for this position: hobbies such as coding/robotics/music, fluent in a foreign language, has traveled internationally, has had a career outside of traditional education, or/and has succesful coaching experience.
